Brothers and Sisters!

Soon the Sabbat gathers in Ecumenical Council to decide the future of our Enlightenment; may they guide wisely as we strive to be masterful predators of the night Caine has gifted his childer.

While our bishops see to the soul of the Sabbat, our enemies show signs that they may gather in attack to threaten the unlives of its loyal cainites. With your bishops away I have been tasked to uphold our defenses. If we are to succeed I need to know who will be within the city during this next moon.

I do not care what you do with your nights. I need only know that you are within the city and that you will respond if called to battle. There are even several that are said to be in the city that I have never spoken to. In this time of troubles I will be making the acquaintance of you all. Those who have pack members you have not yet introduced, or should any know if the ones called Gus or Eli still remain these licks should come to see me.

As free Sabbat you may refuse my polite request to speak to you. Just know that when this inevitably comes to war I will not be waiting to ask the names of unknown vampires before their Vitae paints the street.

Well ... if nothing else, I know that I shall be present.  As for our enemies, I can always use new test subjects ...
